JS is right about figurine sales especially warhammer.
You can’t just sell a couple warhammer things, you need to order a certain amount of specific product. You don’t have the ability to pick and choose most things and in order to continue selling warhammer there are very specific rules about what you can order when and how you can sell their product.
It’s pretty ridiculous which is why most stores don’t sell warhammer unless they know they have the customer base.
Then point of sale in niche industries sometimes has very little choice over how distribution and marketing can work so if a company like Games Workshop decides they would rather have people use their stores and see their marketing only they will actively do things to bring retailers in-line with what works best for them
